Tim Emery is a member of Emery | Reddy, PLLC. Mr. Emery represents corporations and individuals in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including complex litigation, commercial and residential real estate disputes, contract and business disputes, personal injury matters and family law matters. He is admitted to practice law in both federal and state court, where he has litigated a variety of cases.
Mr. Emery is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is also an Eagle member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
Prior to becoming a member of the firm, Mr. Emery represented large corporations in complex real estate matters throughout the state of Washington. He received his juris doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law, and while attending, interned at a private practice law firm and for the Federal Trade Commission. He has attained certification in alternative dispute resolution (including mediation and arbitration) from Tulane University's alternative dispute resolution program. Mr. Emery received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
